All of our workouts are delivered through our user friendly app which allows you to workout anywhere, anytime and to be able to adjust your workouts around your busy schedule as needed! The app provides photos, videos, text explanations, an auto-play function that walks you through the app exactly as I have it laid out, AND gives you access to ME 24/7, 365!

Personalized Programs

Built specifically for YOU, tailored to use only the equipment that you would like to use and the time that you have available! 

  • Together, we develop a plan and choose how many times per week we'd like to be active, and if we would like the programs to be excitingly different everyday or stay consistently the same! 
  • These programs have no expiration, meaning you can repeat each program as many times as you like, until you are ready to progress or change things up.

Monthly Challenges

A new challenge every month, with different workouts and target areas, but always addressing full body needs by the end of the week! 

  • Challenging the body with muscle confusion, but staying within consistent parameters in order to effectively train with both variety and consistency
  • 4-5 workouts per week depending on the month & the challenge
  • Signup is posted a week prior on Redline's Instagram and Facebook pages, or you can opt in by emailing Redline anytime!

cycle synced sweats

Our Cycle Synced Sweats are specifically designed for the female population. Together the four phases create a periodized training plan that takes into account the hormone fluctuation of the female cycle. The fluctuating hormones throughout the female cycle generally cause changes in energy, mood, motivation etc., which is why following the same workout plan week to week may not be effective for you.
